Public links you submit
When you paste a public link and select Download, OmniGrab processes that link to prepare the options that may be available. Do not submit private, confidential, or sensitive links.
The website is designed for public links and does not ask you to create an OmniGrab account or provide a password.
Service and security information
Like most websites, OmniGrab and the companies that host or secure it may automatically receive technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, timestamps, request paths, and error details. This information may be used to operate the website, protect it against abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability.
Aggregate request locations
For private operational reporting, OmniGrab may retain coarse country and city labels supplied by the hosting network with a download attempt. These labels are used only as aggregate counts in the protected admin dashboard to identify broad reliability patterns.
OmniGrab does not retain visitor IP addresses, street-level location, pasted links, media titles, or account information in these operational records.
Analytics and sponsored links
OmniGrab uses privacy-focused website analytics to understand broad site use, such as page views and product actions. The website does not send the public link you paste as a custom analytics event.
The site may also display clearly labeled sponsored links or advertising. Advertising and analytics providers may process information under their own privacy policies when their content is loaded or selected.
Sharing and external destinations
If you use Share OmniGrab, your browser or device handles the share action. Download options and source links can open third-party sites or files, which are governed by the privacy practices and terms of the relevant destination.
