Why is my link unavailable?
Check that the complete URL is pasted and that the post, page, or file is publicly accessible. A link may be unavailable because it is private, removed, region-restricted, unsupported, expired, or temporarily limited at the source.
What should I paste?
Paste the original public URL from the browser or the source app’s Share option. A complete link beginning with https:// gives the best chance of being recognized.
Why do I see different options for different links?
Each source and public post can make different formats available. A result may include Video, Audio, Image, or a link that opens the original source. Not every option is available for every link.
Why does a playlist open in its original app or website?
Some playlist and source pages are provided as an original-source option rather than a direct download. Select the clearly labeled option to continue with the original service.
What does “no watermark” mean?
Where a supported source makes a watermark-free version available, OmniGrab will use that option. Availability depends on the individual link and source restrictions.
Can I use OmniGrab on my phone?
Yes. Open OmniGrab in your phone browser, paste the link into the field, and choose an available option. See the mobile guide for a short walkthrough.
